Privacy Policy
Last revised: 1 October 2026 · Controller: CodeDeployNow
CodeDeployNow ("we", "us"), registered at Calle Mossèn Borràs, 3, Vilanova del Camí, Barcelona, Spain, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our onboarding wizard. You can reach our privacy desk at [email protected].
1. Data we collect
When you configure modules, dispatch a project brief, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, business email, phone number, company name, budget range, project notes, and any module selections made in the configurator. We also collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, processed through essential cookies and—only with your consent—analytics cookies.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to respond to project inquiries and prepare proposals (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to perform contracts and deliver agreed services (Art. 6(1)(b)), to meet legal accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), to protect our website and systems against abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)), and—where you have opted in—to measure site usage via analytics cookies (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
3. Retention
Project briefs and correspondence are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a contract requires a longer statutory retention period. Invoices and accounting records are retained for the periods required by Spanish law. Analytics data, where consented, is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data is processed by CodeDeployNow personnel and vetted processors hosting our email, analytics, and payment infrastructure within the European Union. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers. Where a processor operates outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. Email [email protected] to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
Terms of Service
Last revised: 1 October 2026 · Provider: CodeDeployNow
These Terms govern development and design services provided by CodeDeployNow, Calle Mossèn Borràs, 3, Vilanova del Camí, Barcelona, Spain ([email protected]). By dispatching a brief, signing a proposal, or paying an invoice, you accept these Terms.
1. Scope and agreements
Prices, deliverables, and timelines shown in the configurator are indicative until confirmed in a written proposal and fixed-price Statement of Work (SOW). The signed SOW prevails over these general Terms in case of conflict. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
2. Fees and payment
Unless the SOW states otherwise, projects are billed 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days via the payment link we provide or bank transfer. Late payments may accrue statutory interest and may pause active work after written notice.
3. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, CodeDeployNow assigns to the client all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables—source code, design files, and content produced under the SOW. CodeDeployNow retains rights to pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and internal tools, which are licensed to the client on a perpetual, non-exclusive basis for use within the deliverables.
4. Client obligations
The client will provide timely access to content, credentials, brand assets, and feedback. Delays in client input may shift delivery dates by an equivalent period. The client warrants that supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights and that all necessary licenses for supplied content are secured.
5. Warranties and liability
Deliverables are warrantied for 30 days after final delivery against defects in agreed functionality; this warranty excludes third-party service outages, client-side modifications, and browser or platform changes outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeDeployNow's total aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant SOW. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, with exclusive venue in the courts of Barcelona. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
Cookie Policy
Last revised: 1 October 2026 · Controller: CodeDeployNow
This policy explains how CodeDeployNow, Calle Mossèn Borràs, 3, Vilanova del Camí, Barcelona, Spain, uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. Contact: [email protected].
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time so you do not have to re-enter them whenever you return to the site.
2. Cookies we use
Essential (strictly necessary): a first-party cookie named cookie_accepted stored in your browser's localStorage records your consent choice so the banner does not reappear. These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off.
Analytics (optional): if enabled with your consent, aggregate analytics cookies help us understand which wizard steps are completed most often and where visitors drop off. Analytics data is processed within the EU and retained for a maximum of 14 months.
3. Managing your preferences
You can accept or decline optional cookies in the floating consent banner. You may also clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings; doing so will cause the banner to appear again on your next visit. Most browsers let you block cookies entirely, though blocking essential storage may affect site functionality.
4. Third-party content
Pages may embed third-party content such as maps. Loading such embeds may cause the provider to set its own cookies under its own policies. We only load embedded maps on the contact page after navigation and do not use advertising or retargeting cookies anywhere on this site.
5. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology or legislation. The revision date at the top of this pane always indicates the current version.
Refund Policy
Last revised: 1 October 2026 · Provider: CodeDeployNow
CodeDeployNow, Calle Mossèn Borràs, 3, Vilanova del Camí, Barcelona, Spain ([email protected]), applies the following refund terms to all fixed-price modules and retainers.
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of a distance contract without giving reasons. If you explicitly request that work begin within that period, you owe proportionate compensation for work already performed. To withdraw, send a clear statement to [email protected].
2. Milestone refunds on fixed-price projects
Deposits are refundable in full if cancellation occurs before any design or development work has started. After work has begun, the deposit covers work completed up to the cancellation date and is non-refundable insofar as work has been performed. Final-stage balances are refundable on a pro-rata basis for undelivered, clearly itemized milestones listed in the signed SOW.
3. Defect remedy
If a delivered module materially deviates from the agreed SOW and we cannot remedy the defect within a reasonable period after written notice, you may request a proportionate price reduction or, where the defect is substantial, termination of the affected SOW with a refund of fees paid for undelivered scope.
4. Retainers and subscriptions
The Care & Maintenance Retainer renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next invoice date; the current paid month remains active and is not refunded pro-rata unless we fail to meet the agreed 48-hour response SLA for two consecutive months, in which case the affected month's fee is refunded in full.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (hosting fees, stock licenses, paid plugins, domain registrations) are non-refundable once purchased. Completed audit or consultancy days already delivered are non-refundable.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your project reference and a brief description of the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval.
